On the human rights situation in the cotton fields of Azerbaijan Monitoring Report
The Monitoring Report on the situation of human rights in the cotton fields of Azerbaijan briefly reviewed the latest development mechanism of cotton production in Azerbaijan and the state policy in the area of cotton growing.
The document covers the human rights situation in the cotton fields based on facts and information collected in 7 districts (Salyan, Hajigabul, Sabirabad, Saatli, Imishli, Beylagan, and Fuzuli) specializing in cotton-growing from October 1 to December 31, 2019 - accurate information obtained during the cotton harvest including video footage, photo facts, the results of a survey of farmers and cotton pickers, monitoring and observations in these areas.
