There are 2 offices, 4 departments and 6 groups operating within the ERC. One office performs functions of the “brain centre” that plans the activities, whereas the second office is involved in administration and financial activities. The administration office consists of the IT operator, administration and financial managers. The Departments are responsible for implementation of projects and each of them has one or more projects to implement. The management of the centers is based on the principles of effective and efficient use of the resources (such as scientific, methodological and information resources etc.) and the technologies (such as methodological, research, monitoring, survey materials). There is a Statistical Information Database within the Information center. This database consists of the statistical data on economic parameters, materials of the monitoring and the library. The Education Center carries out different activities in the fields of developing pedagogical tools, and organization of trainings and seminars. Certified trainers and Methodists are actively involved in the work of the Center. The Advocacy Center is engaged in organization of lobbying and networking processes. For this purpose different meetings are hold to expand the network and to disseminate information about the work of the Center. Coordination of the three groups is achieved on the project level during implementation. Regarding the information on the staff members, there are currently 11 members fully functioning, one of them is a chairman, 1 Managers of the Office, 3 Directors of Departments , 3 Head of Group, 1- IT/Operator, 1-Financial Accountant, and 3 Researchers on the base of service contract.
