Some changes has been made to the charter of Economic Research Center

The meeting of members of “Economic Research Center” Public Union was held on the 26th March of 2012. The agenda of the meeting included the changes to be made to the charter of the “Economic Research Center” Public Union. After the discussions the recommended change-changing the legal address of the public Union was approved. It was decided to change 1.5 clause of the charter of “Economic Research Center” Public Union to the following: “The Union is located at: Baku city, Ahmed Rajabli str. 5a, flat 82”
In the meeting held on 10th April of 2012 reports of Management Board and Advisory Board were presented and new chairmen and new staff of Advisory board consisting 3 members and Management board consisting of 7 members were elected. From now on the legal representative of the organization is Qalib Togrul.
In order to register mentioned changes at State Registration of Non-Commercial and Education Organizations relevant documents submitted to Ministry of Justice by the Union. On 30th April of 2012 the changes has been registered at State Registration and Ministry of justice presented official notification to the Union.
