Call for local evaluator

Economic Research Center ( ERC) is seeking local evaluator for assessment of implementation of “Enhancing the effectiveness of government by strengthening the role of think tanks in decision-making arena” project funded by European Union (EU) and in partnership with Policy Association for an Open Society ( PASOS) and “Intelligent Citizen” Enlightenment Center (ICEC).
The local evaluator should have experience on assessment of project activities and evaluation skills as well. The expert should be impartial and objective while evaluating the implementation status of the project. S/he should possess an excellent command of Azerbaijan and English languages.
